Agreement

These terms govern your use of the WBC Digital Solutions website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them. Specific engagements are also governed by a separate signed statement of work.

Our services

We provide AI development, integration, augmentation, and data & intelligence services, plus product engineering. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in the applicable statement of work.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, on full payment you own the code, models, and deliverables we build for you, along with handover documentation. WBC retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.

AI scope & expectations

We are transparent about what AI can deliver today versus what remains on a roadmap. Where an engagement includes research or experimental work, outcomes are described honestly and are not guaranteed in the way fixed-scope delivery is.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
